Kai Horvit (they/them) is a queer, Filipino-American actor, singer, and dancer based in NYC. Originally from South Florida, this Sagittarius has lived in over five states and visited more than twenty-two countries.

Kai earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM), graduating magna cum laude.

During their academic tenure, Kai founded Mosaic Theatre Ensemble, a registered student organization dedicated to producing works that uplift marginalized voices. As Artistic and Executive Director, Kai acted as a liaison between the university, theatrical licensing groups, and the local community. Additional responsibilities included casting, creating and overseeing production schedules, and managing finances.
